Healthy Is NOT Measured By Age but Vitality (How You Feel) — How Can We Get More Of It Without Suffering From Aging Diseases?

You can start with…

1.) Getting 7 hrs. of sleep at least

2.) Eat Clean Food & Drink Lots of Water

3.) Do Meditation (Or pray more times a day) — not sure if it has the same effect.

4.) You may not need to hit the gym. Just look at the Okinawans. Longer than an hour walk daily is enough.

5.) Take Supplements to Improve (If you find it difficult to eat clean food everyday)

Personally, I take supplements to improve these areas in my body.
